"Vision International People Group" uses principles of
Network Marketing. It means that we don't use traditional channels
of product distribution, i.e. wholesalers, retailers and mass
advertising (TV or radio), one pleased client recommend this
production to another. There is only one intermediary between
manufacturer and retail buyer - distributor. All distributors have
uniform discount on production - 40%.
Distributor creates a community of consumers through which
products or services are sold. This is accomplished by building
business relationships, through a duplicatable process, with other
like-minded people who want to develop an ever-increasing monthly
residual income, too.
HOW VISION ORGANIZATION WORKS
Retail Income: discount 40%. Residual Income: Distributor has right to recruit new
distributors. Distributor receives reward in accordance with the
marketing Plan, which envisages receipt of fees based on
performance of his Distributors' group.
If you want to be consumer of production and have discount 40%, it
is necessary to do minimal purchase of products on 80 CV (100$)
If you want to build own net and to receive payments of the
company from own network, it is necessary to do minimal purchase
of production (at month) - 160 CV (200$). It is "active
distributor".
Each distributor is allowed unlimited number Member positions on
his first level.
You will earn a percentage on all sales generated in your Vision
Organization. As the organization grows, and your team builds and
gains more and more distributors, your earnings will increase too.

3 level - 10%
4 level - 10%
5 level - 10%
6 level - 10% (if you are VIP)
7 level and more - 1-6% (VIP1-6K)

VIP = 5 active distributors at your 1 level
VIP1K = 2 persons VIP at your 1 level
(premium 1 % - from 7 and are more levels)
VIP2K = 4 persons VIP at your 1 level
(premium 2 % - from 7 and are more levels)
VIP4K = 6 persons VIP at your 1 level
(premium 4 % - from 7 and are more levels)
VIP6K = 10 persons VIP at your 1 level
(premium 6 % - from 7 and are more levels)
For example, you recruit three distributors, they'll do the same
thing & so on & so forth
1 level - 8$ x 3 = 24$
2 level - 8$ x 9 = 72$
3 level - 16$ x 27 = 432$
4 level - 16$ x 81 = 1296$
5 level - 16$ x 243 = 3888$
Distributors fulfil of purchase (160 CV).
Your Residual Income= 5712$ per month (only 5 levels).

"Distributor's Guidelines" and the Marketing Plan (are
included in a "Starter kit").
