Step 3. Control Portion Sizes
Can’t manage your weight through steps 1 and 2 alone? It may be time to take a look at the size of the portions you're eating.
If these three steps do not lead to gradual weight loss, don't reach for a fad diet book. See a physician or dietitian and ask for a weight loss program suited to your individual situation.
